 | 24th Aug 2008 | Duplicate Old Malta Bus Tickets for swapping
KAXXA GHALL BILJETTI WSATI - BOX FOR USED TICKETS
Welcome to my fotopic page showing duplicate bus tickets for swapping
Over the years I have amassed quite a few duplicate old bus tickets from Malta, some have been obtained through internet auctions, but most were gathered on many happy visits to Malta.
It would be good if some of these tickets could be swapped on a one for one basis for examples of tickets that are not currently in my collection.
I have shown a scan of each ticket and as is often the case, some tickets have the usual rips made by the driver and inspectors twisting the tickets, while others may be in slight crumpled state (this will show in the scans).
If you are interested in swapping, please contact me via the "Leave a message" box towards the bottom left of the Malta Memories index page, quoting the ticket serial numbers as a reference to which tickets you wish to obtain, also quoting full details of the tickets you can offer me in exchange, along with a scan if possible.
Thank you.

 | 23rd Aug 2008 | Malta and Gozo Route Bus Tickets
This collection shows examples of the variety of Route Bus Liveries and Route Bus tickets that have been used over the years in the Maltese Islands. The colourful buses were complimented by an interesting selection of ticket printing styles and sizes, most printed on flimsy paper, which when twisted and ripped by the conductor (in the old days), driver and inspectors while on the journey, left some examples in a sad and sorry state.
The collection begins with the GASAN'S BMC Sliema Bus Service. followed by Sliema Motor Bus Service, Sliema Bus Service, Attard/ Lija Bus Service, Birkirkara Bus Service, Gozo Mail Bus Service, Gudja/Ghaxaq, Kalafrana Bus Servce, Kottonera Bus Service, Mellieha Bus Service, Mosta Bus Service, Naxxar Bus Service, Mosta/Naxxar Bus Service, Siggiewi, Bus Service, Zabbar Bus Service, Zebbug Bus Service, Zejtun Bus Service and Zurrieq Bus Service, the Association's Stock tickets, Public Transport, Group A, B and C, Trasport Pubbliku, Malta Bus Service, Route Bus Service, Mahrug Mill - Public Transport Association, Assocjazzjoni Trasport Pubbliku Trasport Pubbliku F'Ghawdex/Gozo Public Transport tickets and continues right through from Sterling currency, Maltese Lira to the Euro fare values.
I state if the ticket shown is not part of my own collection. Please click on the thumbnails to see a larger size ticket.
My vision is to make this a useful reference for the collector of Transport tickets from the Maltese Islands.
Please keep looking in. Please contact me with any comments via the "Leave a message" link towards the bottom of the left column of the Malta Memories index page. Thank you
